The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz – This book was recommended to Caitlyn and me by our therapist. What I found interesting is that our therapist mentioned that the beginning was a little bit “out there”. However, that is the part that I really loved. It tied this book to my spiritual books as well. I am not sure when I recognized it, but all of these books started to speak an underlying language that was the same throughout. I remember The Four Agreements is a fantastic book with information that is relevant to remember at all times.
The Reluctant Messanger by Candice Sanderson – This was a book that was kind of like a channeled text, but not exactly. It was my first foray into that type of subject. I am not sure exactly how this book came to me. I remember specifically listening to it while I was visiting the UK, however, I do not remember the explicit contents. I do not think it was much new information.
The Book of Mastery Trilogy by Paul Selig – If Michael Newton’s books were the most impactful to me, this trilogy was a close second. Paul Selig channels his texts, and while I didn’t see it at the time, channeled texts have a similar format that can be difficult to digest. They are highly repetitive, but at least within this book, I felt like the entity that was speaking through Paul said many things that resonated with me about why we come to Earth and how we live with one another. I read all three of his books and I was seeking even more channeled texts afterward. I wish I wrote down some of the key inspirations that drew me in, but all I remember is that it was one of my favorite series of books to read.
Seth Speaks by Jane Roberts – After my enjoyment of Paul Selig’s channeled texts, I decided to try another one. It was similar, although the messages were different. I did enjoy this book as well. I actually remember them talking about fencing in this book as well. It suggested the fencing was a higher vibration sport which I found interesting.
Crystals for Beginners Expanded by Healeanor Crystal – I decided to dive back into crystals which I had not done since I was in like fourth grade. But this was a pretty basic book. It helped me come up with the views that I mentioned here.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Marriages by Stephen Covey – I thought that this was a book that my therapist recommended for Caitlyn and me, but I was incorrect. Either way, this was a good book that reminded me about the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and applied it to marriages. Stephen Covey was also popping up in a lot of my books at the time, so it felt very synchronous.
The Intelligent Brain by The Great Courses – Wow, I really do not remember this one. I am sure there was some interesting stuff though.
Signs by Laura Lynne Jackson – After my great experience with her book Light Between Us, I was excited to see that she wrote another book. I am not sure if there was any mind-blowing or new information, but I always enjoy reading/ hearing about supernatural experiences that people have to feel connected to the universe around them. This definitely provided for that!
